SHIPPING & STORE PICKUP

We offer domestic and international shipping options for online orders through USPS and FedEx.  Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be packed and processed for shipping.  The shipping estimates listed at the time of the order are based on when the parcel leaves our premises, not when the order is placed.  USPS orders ship Mondays - Saturdays.  Due to the limitations of our local FedEx station, orders only ship Mondays - Fridays.  Orders that come in on Fridays will not go out until the following Monday, even if the request is for overnight shipping. 

We also have a "In-store Pickup" option available in your shopping cart (when item is available for pick-up).  This option is for the convenience of our Kona customers who prefer to shop online, and for any customers who will be traveling to the island and would like to pick their order up in Kona.  Be sure to select "Warehouse Pickup" as your shipping option at checkout.  This will waive shipping charges for your order.  Please allow 1 business day (3 if order is placed on Friday) for "Warehouse Pickup" orders to be available at the shop.
